Hallo guys welcome to my blog,materi in theclass room today is how to made crooisant,and today my grup made sugar dough with filling cheese cake,i well posing ingredient and cooking Methode for cheese cake.
 pie cheese cake:
Cheese cream
Sugar
Flour
Whole egg
Yolk egg
Heavy cream
Lemon zets

Frosting:
Heavy cream
Simpel sirup
Gelatin
Biji selasi
Cooking Methode :
1. mix cream cheese mix sugar until well mixed and the sugar dissolves.
2. add whole egg, egg yolk, heavy cream and lemon zest then mix again until well blended.
3. turn off the mixer then add flour and stir.
4. after that bake sugar dough with add filling.
5. while waiting to be cooked you can make frosting.
6. add heavy cream, symple sirup and gelatin into sauce pan then cook untul boiling.
7. turn off fire then add selasih then flush over the filling pie.
