Hallo guys,wellcome to my blog,today we come 06.15,i and friend made food for sell to students in campus,to sale is rice bolw,sandwich and banana chocolate.
After that i and friend go to class because we well be asked what we well make and we well told to make sour dough and sweet bread.
Sour dough
Ingredient:
Flour 700 gr
Water 250 ml
Salt 1 st
Leaven 75 gr
Methode:

Ingredient:
Flour 700 gr

Salt 1 st
Leaven 75 gr
Methode:
- Mix all ingredient except salt
- Keep the dough for 1 hour
- Then put salt
- Proofing for 30 minutes
- Shape then bake
Sweet bread
Ingredients :
Leaven
Egg
Sugar
Milk powder
Salt
Water
Hard flour
Butter
And then after that i help my friend make cake for breakfast,and we clening kitchen or a place that we have used for practice.
