Hallo guys,  hari ini saya dibagian cold kitchen hari ini saya cuman berdua karna beberapa dari teman kelompok saya berhalangan datang ,jadi beberapa yang berada di butcher hari membantu saya dibagian cold kitchen dan hari ini yang saya prepare untuk besok dan buat appetizer seperti chef salad,empek-empek,thai papaya and manggo salad,jelly fruit salad.
