Daily report #15 (inggris)
Hello guys, today is the second week of practice after this first mid day, we entered at 8:00 before 8 o'clock, we were already in the aftermath, then we waited for the direction from the lecturer what we would make.
it turned out that my group was appointed for morning tea and our group was appointed to make various cakes and bread for guest job fairs, actually moning tea was served to lecturers but this time we presented it to guests who worked together for this job fair.
The types that we make are: croissants, danish, berliner, bread abon, beautiful sweet, layers, cassava cassava, spring rolls, doko "cangkuning, and coffee, tea and we divide the tasks and I make beautiful sweet and help my friends to make others .
We made a variety of cakes and market snacks as much as 100 pax and helped my group friends to make cakes that were not yet.
